References, renders, 360° tours, presentations, AI and the client's comments — on one board, for the whole studio, at one price.
This is the board. Drag something — or watch.
Pinterest for references. A folder of renders. PowerPoint for the deck. A 360° viewer somewhere. A spreadsheet for the furniture. WhatsApp for the client. Email for the brief.
Open a project and everything is already there — the board, the tour, the deck, the review, the furniture list, the finishes. Nothing to dig out of folders and chats: one place, one click away, for everyone in the studio.
Not a generic whiteboard: pictures, PDFs page by page, notes and mark-ups, the studio's own finishes — and the whole team on it at once.
Drop anything on it and arrange it by room. Groups keep a room together; pages keep rooms apart.
Two designers, one canvas: you see a colleague's cursor and what they just moved — the board changes under your hands, not after a refresh.
A camera holds each version of a render. Replace it once, and the deck and the portfolio show the new one.
Files from the desktop, a PDF that turns into a picture per page, a photo from the site, a sticky note with the decision on it. Group what belongs together, give every room its page.
A pen, lines and arrows for the mark-up, a text tool, a note where the decision was made. The correction lives next to the picture it is about.
Every camera keeps its versions. Drop the new render on the camera and the old one goes to its history — while the presentation and the portfolio already show the new one.
Search any picture on the board with Google Lens. Kovum asks once, then opens Lens in a new tab with a temporary link to that one picture — nothing else leaves the studio.
Textures and materials the studio keeps coming back to, in one library shared by everyone. Pick one on the board, or hand it to an image tool as the finish to use.
A page of the board, a product list, a tour, a deck — each is one link that opens in any browser. The answers come back to the board.
The link opens the page; the client types a name once, and that is the whole sign-in.
A double-click anywhere leaves a comment, and it arrives on your board as a pin while the link is live.
Answer, mark done, fold the round. The next link is the next round — and you can revoke a link the same second.
Reply where the client pointed, mark it done, fold the round when it is over and only its name stays on the board. When the next version is ready, the new link is round two.
Name, brand, shop link, size, quantity, price and a picture straight off the board. The client approves or asks about each piece on one link; you see the running total — or hide the prices if the list is not about money. Several lists per project, each as a PDF.
A panorama per room, hotspots between the rooms, “Share with client”. The tour opens in any browser — no app, no headset — with a slow drift when nobody touches it.
Drag pictures into the slides, set the text, present it full screen or export a PDF, and hand it over with one private link. It never goes out of date, because it is made of what is already on the board.
On the render, on the board, and on a page of its own. Paid in credits — and the studio lead decides who may use them, and can switch them off.
Relight a room, retexture a wall, add people, remove an object, swap the furniture, change the view out of the window — or make a picture from words.
On every board: ask about the page, get a critique or a prompt, and turn what she sees into a product list.
Photos of a piece, from one to four sides, become a 3D object — then a quad mesh for 3ds Max, or its parts.
Evening light, a cloudy morning, the lamps on — the geometry and the camera stay put. Keep the original colours if the picture has to match the rest of the set. Drag the line to compare.
Paint the piece, paste the shop's link: Kovum reads the product — name, colour, size — and puts it into the render at its real size. The piece can go straight into the project's product list.
Describe the room, the light and the camera; add up to four references if words are not enough. Every picture you make is kept in your own gallery until you delete it.
Draw six circles on the board and the studio's helper appears. Ask what is on the page, ask for a critique or a prompt — and turn the pieces she lists into a product list with one press.
One photo of a chair is enough; up to four, one per side, make it truer — at the same price. Turn the object in the browser, then make a quad mesh for 3ds Max or cut it into its parts. Every object is kept until you delete it.
The feed and the chat, the calendar, the team and its departments — in the same window the board lives in, and the everyday part of it in your pocket.
The studio's own feed — news, events, finished projects, with photos and video — and a messenger with direct and group chats. One hub per office.
Deadlines, site visits and meetings on one calendar; the Projects page counts every project by its stage.
Who may edit which project; each department with its own tools and menu; the studio's manuals in one place.
Posts with photos and video, events with a date, a finished project attached — with hearts and comments. It is the first thing everyone sees in the morning, on a computer or a phone.
Direct and group chats and the studio's General, with “typing…” and read marks. Type @ and a project's name to attach it — the colleague opens it with one click.
The studio's schedule in one place — a deadline per project, a site visit, a meeting — with the project it belongs to. Each office can keep its own.
Put people on projects; “can edit” for those who build the board, view-only for the rest. Each department gets its own tools and its own menu, in the order the lead drags them.
Convert WebP, AVIF or PNG to JPEG in the browser. Drop a PDF onto a board or a deck and its pages become pictures. Nothing leaves your browser for either.
Drop a picture of your own, move things around, draw on it, leave a note — then press “Send to client” and see the same page the way your client does.
Move anything on the board. Drop a picture of your own onto it — it stays in this tab.
Files from the desktop, pages out of a PDF, a picture found with Google Lens, the brief on a note. A page per room.
The deck from the board's pictures, a 360° tour with hotspots, the finishes from the library, a relight where the render is too dark.
A review link for the page, a product list for the furniture. The client comments where they double-click and approves item by item.
Answer the pins, mark them done, fold the round. Change the board and send a fresh link — until the yes.
Kovum started with one frustration: the design lived on a board, the deck lived in PowerPoint and the client's corrections lived in WhatsApp — three places that never met. So Kovum is the board, the deck and the client's comments in one window, at one price for the whole studio. It is built by one person, in Europe, and nothing on this page is a roadmap: every feature here works today.
Every plan includes the whole toolkit — the board, presentations, 360° tours, client links, the material library, the converter and the sharing space. The plans differ in how much is in flight at once, and in AI credits.
A per-seat bill grows with every hire. A Kovum plan changes only when the studio outgrows it.
Terms are discussed separately: the number of people, offices, storage, AI credits and how you pay.
